Terms & Conditions

By utilizing the services of VENTROXX Services, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms apply to all courier, delivery, transportation, logistics, and related services provided by VENTROXX Services.

VENTROXX Services operates throughout Broward County and Miami-Dade County. Service availability may vary based on location, weather conditions, traffic, road closures, and operational capacity.

• All pricing is subject to change without prior notice.
• Quotes provided are estimates based on information supplied by the customer.

Additional charges may apply for:

• Rush deliveries
• After-hours service
• Waiting time
• Multiple stops
• Oversized or overweight items
• Special handling requirements

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

While VENTROXX Services strives to meet all scheduled delivery times, delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, or other unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate pickup and delivery information.
• Ensuring recipients are available to receive deliveries when required.
• Properly packaging items for safe transport.
• Disclosing any fragile, hazardous, or time-sensitive contents.

VENTROXX Services reserves the right to refuse transportation of:

• Illegal substances
• Firearms and ammunition
• Explosives
• Hazardous materials
• Counterfeit goods
• Stolen property
• Any item prohibited by federal, state, or local law

Customers utilizing medical courier services must ensure all shipments comply with applicable healthcare regulations. VENTROXX Services does not assume responsibility for improperly packaged, mislabeled, or undocumented medical materials.

VENTROXX Services' liability for loss, damage, or delay shall be limited to the declared value of the shipment or $100, whichever is less, unless additional insurance coverage has been purchased and documented prior to transport.

VENTROXX Services shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control

Any claim for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may be denied.

Orders canceled after dispatch may be subject to cancellation fees. Completed pickups are non-refundable unless otherwise approved by management.

VENTROXX Services shall not be held responsible for delays or failures caused by acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, traffic incidents, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

VENTROXX Services reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or shipment that violates these terms or poses a safety, legal, or operational risk.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida.
